Each order is created once placed. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your order and another 3-5 days for delivery. 

Clothing: 

There’s no exchanges, refunds, or returns unless B’Tru2Self made an error (wrong color, size or style). B’Tru2self will be refund a monetary value but will replace merchandise. Please check your items and report any issue within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. B’Tru2self brand have right to refuse replacing order if customer enters wrong information on website. B’Tru2self is not responsible or required to remake clothing if customer spells something wrong. 

Hats: 

Each hat is individually hand painted. No two hats will look exactly alike. B’Tru2self will not refund or accept returns based off hats not looking exactly like website. B’Tru2self will try to duplicate that style/hat as much as possible. 

Once payment is made there is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
